We can't give personal mortgage advice. An FCA-authorised mortgage broker can look at your circumstances, search the market and help with your application. Before you choose a firm, check it on the FCA Register. You can also get free, impartial guidance from MoneyHelper, which is backed by the government.
Problems with a landlord, agent or tenancy?
Shelter and Citizens Advice offer free help. If you have a complaint about an estate or letting agent, contact their redress scheme: The Property Ombudsman or the Property Redress Scheme.
